玉米澱粉 25g、白糖 25g(可減少)
牛奶 210g、玉米油 20g
抹茶粉 少許、紅豆沙 餡適量
蒸20分鐘
Ingredients
Glutinous rice flour 155g
Corn starch 25g, Sugar 25g (can be reduced)
210g milk,Corn oil 20g
Matcha powder,Red bean paste
Steam for 20 minutes
